Two ways to pay. Both go live in a week.

No implementation partner. No admin certification. No six-month rollout. Most developers pick the SaaS plan. A few with a Group IT policy prefer the on-prem license. Pick the one that fits your procurement.

What you are not paying for

A full enterprise CRM rollout — Salesforce Real Estate Cloud or Dynamics 365 Real Estate — lands at roughly ₹20 to 40 lakhs all-in for year one once you count licence, implementation partner, admin hire and six months of deployment time. Latch charges for none of the following.

  • No implementation partner — our onboarding team runs your first migration

Worked example — 120 units under management

₹99,000 setup + (₹9,500 + ₹3,000) × 12 = ₹2.49 lakhs year one. Less than one quarter's salary for a junior ops hire. On 11-month prepay, ₹2.37 lakhs.

Minimum term: 12 months. After that, month-to-month with one-month notice. Annual prepay: pay 11 months, use 12.

Plan 2 — On-Prem License (One-time)

Best fit for developers with a Group IT policy that requires code and data on company infrastructure. Typically 300+ units a year with an in-house IT team.

Add-on — Snagging and De-Snagging

Multi-level inspection workflow for possession readiness — L1 engineer, supervisor, coordinator, rejection tracking, photo evidence, handover analytics.

Launching Q3 2026. ₹25,000 / month as a SaaS add-on. Early-access customers lock in the price for 36 months. Bundled into Model 2 on-prem for ₹2,00,000 one-time.

How WhatsApp and SMS billing work

One sentence: you top up a pre-funded wallet, we debit it as sends happen, you see every debit in a ledger.

Pricing FAQ

Is there a minimum term on the monthly plan?

Twelve months, to recoup the setup cost. After that, month-to-month with a one-month notice.

Can we start on SaaS and move to on-prem later?

Yes. The setup fee is waived if you upgrade within twelve months. Migration is clean — each tenant is already in its own database.

Do you take a percentage of our collections?

No. We charge for software, not a cut of your revenue.

Who pays for WhatsApp and SMS?

You. Through the pre-funded wallet on SaaS, or directly to Meta and your SMS aggregator on on-prem. Email is bundled either way.

GST?

All prices exclude 18% GST. You receive a proper GST tax invoice for every charge.

Can we pay annually on SaaS?

Yes. Pay eleven months upfront, use twelve. Applies to the monthly only; setup fee is separate.

Can we pilot for 3 months before committing?

The minimum term is twelve months. For the next three Pune developers, we run a founding-partner programme with a real discount in exchange for a testimonial. Ask about it on the call.

Is Latch ISO / SOC 2 certified?

Not yet. We run on AWS Mumbai with HTTPS everywhere, separate database per tenant, daily backups and a full audit log on every write. Certification roadmap is a question for the call.
