Latch CRM is built by Thoughtful Viewfinder Services — a team focused on post-booking buyer experience. One live Pune developer since April 2026. Three more by end of Q3 is the goal.

Why Latch exists

Most Indian developers run the 18 to 36 months between agreement for sale and possession on WhatsApp, Excel and Gmail. That stack cannot answer a RERA notice, cannot survive team churn and puts the sales head on a phone at 11pm. Latch is the system of record built for that window — narrow, opinionated, and specifically for a residential developer handing over 50 to 500 units a year in Pune, MMR or Bangalore.

What we believe

  • A buyer relationship is 36 months long, not 36 days. Software for it should be too.
  • Narrow beats broad. Four things well beats forty things half-done.
  • Your data lives in its own database. Not a shared pool, not a tenant_id column.
  • One week to live is not a marketing promise. It is a constraint that keeps the scope honest.
  • A dedicated migration and success team on every onboarding, until our playbook earns the right to scale further.

What we will not do

  • Build a lead / pre-sales CRM. Sell.Do and LeadSquared do that. Keep them.
  • Become a society-management product. MyGate is that category.
  • Take a cut of your collections. We charge for software.
  • Chase top-10 national developers this year. Wrong shape for our buying cycle.
  • Run advertising to buyers on your behalf. Your data is yours.

What next

Pune first — CREDAI Pune is the target community and a team that can be on-site at any sales office in the city within the week. Then MMR (Thane, Navi Mumbai) and Bangalore in 2026. Marathi-language product surface is on the roadmap; onboarding and outreach calls are already available in Marathi.
